Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Deputy TL-Operations. The role involves overseeing and enhancing daily operational processes, managing projects, supporting sales efforts, and ensuring efficient coordination among teams to achieve organizational goals. Responsibilities include analyzing operational performance, streamlining workflows, implementing strategies, and collaborating with various stakeholders to drive the overall success of business operations.

• Clear and effective Communication skills for coordinating with teams and stakeholders
• Proficiency in Sales and ability to contribute to driving revenue growth
• Experience in Operations Management and strategic execution of workflows
• Expertise in Project Management to ensure timely delivery and seamless execution of initiatives
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt to dynamic work environments
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
