Role:

Looking for a Solution Architect to join our Healthcare IT team. The role involves designing and implementing cloud-based healthcare solutions (in preference – Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and accelerators that leverage AI and prompt engineering. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, AI architects, and development teams, to ensure that our solutions align with industry standards and address the specific needs of our healthcare clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design: Architect scalable, secure, and compliant healthcare solutions, particularly in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
• Integration: Develop frameworks for integrating various healthcare systems, including EHRs, telehealth platforms, and AI-driven solutions, ensuring interoperability.
• Client Interaction: Collaborate with business analysts to gather and understand client requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Cloud Expertise: Leverage cloud platforms to design, size and deploy healthcare solutions that include data storage, security, and compliance with healthcare regulations like HIPAA.
• Collaboration: Work closely with AI architects (Core AI and Generative AI) to incorporate machine learning and AI capabilities into healthcare solutions.
• POC/Accelerator Development: Lead the development of proof-of-concept (POC) projects and accelerators, demonstrating the capabilities of cloud and AI technologies in healthcare.
• Compliance and Security: Ensure that all solutions adhere to regulatory standards such as HIPAA and FHIR, and include security measures to protect sensitive health data.

Experience:

• 7+ years of experience in solution architecture, with at least 3 years focused on healthcare solutions.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing healthcare IT solutions (e.g., EHR/EMR, healthcare data management, telehealth, etc.)
• Good understanding of the Healthcare workflows – Provider & Payer with hands-on in one of the core Provider or Payer systems (EHR, Billing or Payer claims administration systems)

Technical Expertise:

• Deep understanding of healthcare standards and regulations (HIPAA, FHIR, HL7).
• Experience with cloud-native application architecture, microservices, and serverless frameworks.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their application in healthcare.
• Proficiency in cloud security, data privacy, and compliance strategies.
• Experience with designing, building and implementing POCs(Proof of concepts) & Healthcare Accelerators

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a problem-solving attitude and a passion for healthcare innovation.
