About the Role

We are looking for passionate and motivated Assistant Faculty (AF) professionals for our Digital Marketing Offline Programs. In this role, you will work closely with instructors and learners to deliver hands-on, practical learning experiences across core digital marketing domains including SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Content Marketing, Analytics, E-commerce, and Performance Marketing.

You will play a key role in mentoring learners, resolving doubts, guiding live projects, and helping students become industry-ready through practical implementation and portfolio development.

Key Responsibilities

1. Learner Support & Guidance

• Conduct doubt-solving sessions across Digital Marketing modules such as SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Web Analytics, E-commerce, Content Marketing, and Performance Marketing.
• Support learners in practical implementation through projects including:
• WordPress websites
• Shopify stores
• SEO audits
• Ad campaign setup
• GA4 dashboards
• Content calendars
• Provide detailed feedback on assignments, case studies, and capstone projects.
• Encourage learner engagement through live demos, competitions, and presentations.

2. Outcome-Oriented Learning Facilitation

• Assist learners in building real-world projects and portfolios.
• Guide students on:
• Campaign optimization
• Landing page improvement
• Analytics reporting
• Content strategy
• Freelancer portfolio creation
• Support mock interviews, resume reviews, and LinkedIn optimization sessions.
• Bridge theoretical learning with real-world digital marketing execution

3. Batch Management & Coordination

• Track attendance, assessments, and project submissions.
• Coordinate with instructors and operations teams for smooth batch execution.
• Troubleshoot learner issues related to tools, platforms, and resources.
• Collect learner feedback and contribute to improving learning outcomes and engagement.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Strong understanding of:
• SEO
• Google Ads (SEM/PPC)
• Meta Ads
• Content Marketing
• Email Marketing
• Web Analytics (GA4, GTM, Looker Studio)
• Hands-on experience with live campaigns, SEO optimization, dashboards, and performance analysis.
• Strong communication and mentoring abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple learner queries and project feedback efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Trainer, Mentor, Teaching Assistant, or Faculty in Digital Marketing.
• Hands-on exposure to tools such as:
• SEMrush
• Ahrefs
• Screaming Frog
• Google Ads
• Meta Business Suite
• GA4
• Mailchimp
• HubSpot
• Canva
• Hotjar
• Experience with freelancing, consulting, or client projects.
• Strong digital portfolio, blogs, case studies, or LinkedIn presence.
