Aeka’s Coffee is a specialty coffee brand based in Pune, built around s coffee, meaningful conversations, and community experiences. We’re passionate about making specialty coffee more approachable while creating spaces where people can brew, learn, work, and chill together.

We’re looking for a creative, organized, and execution-focused Marketing Specialist who can help us grow our digital presence, strengthen our brand, and create memorable customer experiences online and offline.

Your Core Responsibilities

Social Media Management (Priority)

• Manage and grow Aeka’s Coffee’s presence across different platforms like Google, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Meta, etc
• Support content writing and campaign ideation
• Plan and execute content calendars
• Coordinate daily posting, stories, reels, and community engagement
• Respond to queries and messages
• Ensure all communication aligns with Aeka’s brand identity

Performance Marketing

• Plan and execute paid campaigns on different platforms like Google, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Meta, etc
• Optimize campaigns for reach, engagement, leads, and conversions
• Track ad performance and improve ROI through testing and insights

Market Research, Reports & Analytics

• Conduct primary & secondary market and competitor research
• Build weekly and monthly marketing reports
• Track social media growth, campaign performance, engagement metrics, and event outcomes
• Present actionable insights and recommendations to the team

Event Ideation, Planning & Execution

• Conceptualize and execute events, workshops, collaborations, and community experiences
• Coordinate logistics, marketing communication, registrations, and on-ground execution
• Help build Aeka’s offline and online coffee community

Stakeholder Coordination

• Coordinate with internal teams, designers, photographers, agencies, vendors, and collaborators
• Ensure smooth execution of campaigns and projects
• Manage timelines and deliverables efficiently

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools
• Experience creating and managing online campaigns and contests
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently as well as collaboratively

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience in graphic design, image, and video editing tools
• Experience with product photography and videography
• Passion for coffee culture and specialty coffee
• Prior experience in F&B / hospitality marketing
• Experience handling creator or brand collaborations

• This is an in-office role only based out of our HO in Baner, Pune
