Role Overview
We are looking for a highly data-driven Program/Growth Manager to strengthen P&L across our city network. This role will focus on improving Revenue, Inventory, Customer experience, and last-mile performance, identifying operational gaps, and driving execution excellence across Delivery Centers and networks. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with data, understands the business metrics deeply, and is proactive in raising concerns and driving corrective actions on the ground. Key Responsibilities
● Delivery Center Performance Management
○ Monitor and analyze key Customer, Inventory and last-mile metrics such as Traffic, Conversion, delivery TAT, order fill rate, rider productivity, cancellations, and SLA adherence
○ Identify trends, inefficiencies, and performance gaps across DCs
● Data-Driven Decision Making
○ Use data to diagnose issues and recommend actionable solutions
○ Build and track dashboards/reports for city-level performance
● On-Ground Execution & Audits
○ Regularly visit DCS/hubs/dark stores to audit processes and ensure SOP adherence
○ Validate data insights with on-ground realities and implement improvements
● Stakeholder Management
○ Work closely with hub managers, supply chain, and central teams ○ Escalate critical issues on time and ensure closure
● Process Improvement
○ Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer experience
○ Standardize best practices across hubs within the city
● Growth & Optimization
○ Identify opportunities to improve throughput, reduce costs, and enhance delivery experience
○ Support city expansion and operational scaling initiatives
Key Requirements
● Experience: 1–3 years in operations, program management, growth, or analytics roles (preferably in logistics, e-commerce, or supply chain)
● Education: Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Operations, or related fields preferred)
● Six day working
● Skills: ○ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
○ Good understanding of operational and last-mile metrics
○ Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (SQL is a plus)
○ Ability to translate data into actionable insights
○ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
● Other Requirements:
○ Willingness to travel extensively within the city and visit multiple hubs/dark stores
○ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-ground operations environment
○ High ownership mindset with a bias for action What Success Looks Like
