Hiring: Operations Manager – Karegaon Office

About the Role

Vijaylaxmi Group is looking for a highly responsible and professional Operations Manager for our Karegaon Office to manage the day-to-day operations of Vijaylaxmi Cranes.

The candidate will be responsible for handling job orders, crane and operator allocation, operational coordination, and maintaining accurate daily operational records through software systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and coordinating all incoming crane job orders
• Assigning cranes and operators efficiently based on job requirements and availability
• Maintaining daily operational records and movement tracking
• Preparing and updating challan entries in the software system for crane operations
• Coordinating with clients, operators, drivers, and management for smooth execution of jobs
• Monitoring crane utilization and ensuring proper scheduling
• Maintaining job-wise documentation, records, and reporting
• Coordinating with HR and accounts teams regarding operator attendance and job details
• Ensuring timely updates and operational discipline across all ongoing assignments

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in operations management, logistics coordination, fleet management, or crane operations
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Good communication and team coordination skills
• Experience with software-based operational entries and reporting
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple job schedules efficiently
• Proficiency in MS Excel and operational management systems
• Experience in crane, transport, construction, or equipment rental industries will be preferred
