Job Title: Executive Accountant – Export GST Refund

Location: Noida

E-20, 1st Floor, Sector-3, Noida

Experience: 2–5 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant with hands-on experience in export GST refunds. The candidate will be responsible for filing and managing GST refund claims related to export transactions and ensuring compliance with GST regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and file export GST refund applications (RFD-01) through the GST Portal

Handle refunds for both IGST paid exports and LUT/Bond (ITC refund) cases

Reconcile GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) with export data and shipping bills

Coordinate with internal teams for documentation (invoices, shipping bills, BRC/FIRC)

Track refund status and resolve queries raised by GST authorities

Ensure compliance with GST laws and maintain proper documentation

Assist during audits and departmental notices related to refunds

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field

Strong knowledge of GST, especially export-related provisions

Experience in filing GST refunds for exporters

Familiarity with GST return filings and reconciliation

Good understanding of documentation like LUT, shipping bills, and export invoices

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software

Preferred

Experience working with export-oriented companies

CA Inter / CMA Inter / relevant certification is a plus
