We are looking for a Performance Marketing Associate who is highly skilled in running Meta & Google Ads. Responsibilities include managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns, conducting market research to identify trends, coordinating with internal teams for project execution, and analyzing performance metrics to refine marketing strategies. The associate will also contribute to customer acquisition efforts and assist in driving sales growth while maintaining the brand’s unique identity and objectives.

Experience Level: 1–3 years

Industry: Direct-to-Consumer (D2C), E-commerce, Digital Marketing, skincare industry would be bonus

Key Responsibilities

1. Growth & Performance Support

• Assist in managing performance marketing campaigns (Meta, Google)
• Track and report key metrics: CAC, conversion rates, ROAS, repeat purchase
• Support day-to-day execution across website and marketplace channels
• Help identify opportunities to improve funnel performance and growth

2. Brand & Campaign Execution

• Support execution of marketing campaigns and product launches
• Assist in writing and reviewing basic copy for ads, website, and emails
• Coordinate with designers, content creators, and agencies
• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints

3. CRM & Retention

• Execute CRM campaigns (email, WhatsApp, SMS)
• Support customer lifecycle journeys and retention initiatives
• Track engagement and retention metrics and share insights

4. Operations & Supply Chain

• Assist in managing order flows, inventory tracking, and fulfillment
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse partners
• Support demand forecasting and stock planning
• Help ensure smooth day-to-day operations with minimal delays

5. Product & Category Support

• Support new product launches and go-to-market execution
• Track product performance and customer feedback
• Coordinate with product, design, and sourcing teams

6. Consumer Insights & Reporting

• Analyse customer reviews, feedback, and behaviour
• Create regular performance reports across marketing and operations
• Identify basic trends and share actionable insights

7. Problem Solving & Execution

• Identify day-to-day operational or marketing issues and resolve them quickly
• Work across teams to ensure smooth execution
• Bring structure and follow-through in a fast-moving environment

Who This Is For

• 1–3 years of experience in D2C, e-commerce, or a startup environment
• Strong execution skills and attention to detail
• Basic understanding of performance marketing, e-commerce metrics, and funnels
• Comfortable working across marketing, operations, and product
• Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented
• Willingness to learn, take ownership, and work in a fast-paced setup
