About the Role

We are looking for passionate and curious AI Engineers who are excited to build intelligent systems, experiment with AI models, and solve real-world business problems using Artificial Intelligence.

This role is perfect for freshers who have strong fundamentals in Python, machine learning, AI tools, and a genuine interest in building smart products using modern AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

As an AI Engineer, you will:

• Work on AI/ML models, automation systems, and intelligent business solutions.
• Assist in building, training, testing, and improving machine learning models.
• Explore and implement Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, and automation-based solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented Python code.
• Work with APIs, datasets, prompts, and AI tools to build practical applications.
• Support research and experimentation with new AI frameworks and technologies.
• Collaborate with developers, product teams, and business teams to convert ideas into working AI solutions.
• Analyse model performance and help improve accuracy, speed, and reliability.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Python.
• Basic understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Generative AI.
• Familiarity with libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
• Basic knowledge of LLMs, Prompt Engineering, NLP, or AI APIs.
• Understanding of REST APIs and basic backend concepts is a plus.
• Ability to work with datasets, clean data, and perform basic analysis.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn quickly.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a remote team.
• Good to Have
• Experience with OpenAI API, LangChain, Hugging Face, or similar AI tools.
• Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, RAG, or chatbot development.
• Any personal AI/ML projects, GitHub portfolio, internships, or hackathon experience.
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Interest in automation, SaaS products, and AI-powered business tools.
