Job Description

We’re seeking a Contract Lifecycle Operations Specialist to manage our ONIT CLM platform operations and drive continuous improvement initiatives. This role combines technical expertise with contract management to ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

System Operations

• Manage daily ONIT CLM platform operations
• Troubleshoot system issues and implement solutions
• Execute system enhancements and integrations
• Conduct regression testing and validation

Contract Administration

• Maintain contract records and ensure data accuracy
• Monitor contract performance and milestones
• Manage amendments, renewals, and terminations
• Support stakeholder queries on contract matters

Process Improvement

• Identify and implement operational efficiencies
• Ensure compliance with company policies
• Lead integration initiatives with other systems
• Maintain documentation and user guides

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, and Legal teams
• Provide user training and support
• Generate performance reports and analytics
• Present insights to leadership

Success Metrics

• System uptime and performance
• Contract compliance rates
• User satisfaction scores
• Process improvement implementations

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent professional experience demonstrating comprehensive knowledge in contract management
• 3-5 years of professional contract management experience
• Demonstrated experience managing CLM tools in multi-country environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to address complex operational challenges

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA in Supply Chain Management
• CCCM or IACCM certification
• Experience integrating CLM platforms with ERP systems
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
