Job Description – PGT Humanities / Mass Media

Location: Glendale Academy, Hyderabad

Glendale Academy is seeking a passionate and experienced PGT Humanities / Mass Media Educator to deliver engaging and student-centric learning experiences. The candidate will be responsible for teaching Humanities and/or Mass Media subjects while fostering critical thinking, creativity, and communication skills among students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver effective lessons in Humanities / Mass Media subjects
• Create an interactive and inquiry-based classroom environment
• Prepare lesson plans, assessments, and academic reports
• Encourage research, presentations, and project-based learning
• Support students’ academic and holistic development
• Participate in curriculum planning, school events, and parent interactions
• Maintain classroom discipline and positive learning culture

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Humanities, Mass Media, Journalism, or related field with B.Ed. preferred
• Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in CBSE/IB/Cambridge curriculum
• Strong subject knowledge and communication skills
• Proficiency in classroom management and technology-enabled teaching
• Passion for student engagement and collaborative learning

Pay: ₹40,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per hour
