About the Role

Qapita’s revenue infrastructure is being built from the ground up. As our first RevOps hire, you will shape how we capture, track, and convert revenue across Sales, Marketing and Customer Success – owning the processes, systems, and data that leadership relies on to make decisions. Your primary home will be our HubSpot CRM, but the scope is broader: you are the connective tissue between our go-to-market teams. This is a hands-on role – you will design processes, build automation, maintain data integrity, and produce the reporting that drives GTM decisions.

What You’ll Work On

• Assess current business and CRM processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements
• Own the Hubspot CRM instance end-to-end: data model, custom modules, workflows, user roles, and permissions
• Own the end-to-end migration of our sales teams from FreshSales to HubSpot — data integrity, agency coordination, and a clean cutover
• Design and build our Customer Success pipeline in HubSpot from scratch – account tracking, handoffs, and renewal visibility
• Set up and scale HubSpot Marketing Hub for our Marketing teams – campaign infrastructure, lead capture, attribution, and nurture workflows
• Maintain data integrity across GTM teams – deduplication, field governance, audit trails, and proactive anomaly detection
• Build and maintain dashboards covering pipeline health, stage conversion rates, ACV/ARR by segment, forecast accuracy, and rep-level activity
• Bring a tech-forward mindset to everything — proactively identify opportunities to automate, reduce manual work, and improve how the team operates through better tooling and workflows

What We’re Looking For

• Mandatory: CRM Experience – such as Hubspot / Zoho / Salesforce (Hubspot depth preferred), at an admin level – able to build complex workflows, configure pipelines, set up calculated properties, manage permissions, and debug issues without handholding.
• Mandatory: 2–5 years of hands-on experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, or CRM administration in a B2B SaaS environment
• Proficient working with data (Excel / Sheets required)
• CRM migration experience — has worked on at least one migration involving field mapping, data validation, and cross-team coordination
• Process documentation – writes SOPs as part of the job, not as an afterthought
• Strong grasp of lead lifecycle, pipeline management, attribution modelling, and funnel metrics
• GTM metrics fluency: ACV, ARR, TCV, funnels, NRR, GRR, renewals, etc. Understands how metrics are constructed, not just reported
