Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for the role of Technical Support Engineer | Technical Support L1.5, based in Bengaluru South. The role involves providing technical support to users, diagnosing and addressing technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include working closely with customers to resolve concerns, troubleshooting hardware and software problems, and maintaining a high standard of service excellence.
