Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for the role of Technical Support Engineer | Technical Support L1.5, based in Bengaluru South. The role involves providing technical support to users, diagnosing and addressing technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include working closely with customers to resolve concerns, troubleshooting hardware and software problems, and maintaining a high standard of service excellence.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues effectively.
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess problems and identify appropriate solutions quickly and efficiently.
• Exceptional Customer Support and Customer Service skills to ensure a seamless and positive user experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide clear guidance and build rapport with customers.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of industry-standard tools and support systems is a plus.
• Experience in a similar technical role and a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
