Key responsibilities include driving sales and business development across various retail formats, managing key accounts, and building strong relationships with distributors and retailers. The candidate will oversee market expansion, ensure brand visibility, and manage pricing, promotions, and inventory. Additionally, the role requires recruiting and managing a high-performing sales team, monitoring market trends, and ensuring compliance with company policies and budgets.
