Assist in recruitment for corporate employees across all brands and levels along with end to end backend and frontend work of Young Talent Management program.

This role deals with acquiring right people/intern at right time with right budget available to the company. All end to end responsibilities have to be handled from job openings to exit interviews.

KRA5 Special Projects 1. Automation & improvement in Referral Management and using group guidelines to drive referrals in the organization

• Improvement in Portal management – To reduce recruitment cost by utilizing portals efficiently and effectively & To enhance hiring through Social Media channel
• Taleo 2.0 processes (Launch & smooth transition)
