Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible Vehicle Incharge to manage company vehicles, ensure proper maintenance, and monitor daily vehicle operations efficiently.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage day-to-day vehicle operations
- Maintain vehicle records including fuel, servicing, and repairs
- Schedule regular vehicle maintenance and servicing
- Track fuel usage and control vehicle-related expenses
- Ensure all vehicles have valid documents (RC, Insurance, Pollution, etc.)
- Coordinate with drivers for daily assignments and schedules
- Maintain vehicle log books and trip records
- Inspect vehicles regularly for safety and performance
- Handle breakdown situations and arrange repairs immediately
- Ensure proper cleanliness and upkeep of all vehicles
- Prepare reports related to vehicle usage and expenses in Excel
- Follow company policies and safety guidelines
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and servicing
- Ability to manage multiple vehicles and drivers
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel
- Good organizational and coordination skills
- Responsible and detail-oriented

Note:
Candidates with experience in fleet management will be preferred.
