Description The Investigation Specialist position relies on excellent judgment to plan and accomplish goals and will work under limited manager supervision. Excellent individual problem-solving and analytical skills are used to authenticate customers and complex transactions. Nearly all decisions are expected to be made independently with little to no guidance and a high degree of accuracy.
The Investigation Specialist will be required to engage proactively with the team members and team leads, department management, and other company specialists and third party vendors to accomplish goals.
Productivity and quality assurance will be evaluated along with the overall contribution to the development of the department.
Basic Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Bachelors Degree with 0- 1 year of experience in investigation/relevant field
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in payments or e-commerce
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex issues correctly and clearly to both internal and external customers
- Exceptionally strong customer handling and conflict resolution skills with a keen focus on quality and customer experience
