About the Role

We are hiring a US Senior Accountant with strong hands-on experience supporting U.S.-based companies and U.S. accounting operations.

This role is focused on candidates who genuinely understand accounting workflows end-to-end – not just transactional processing. We are specifically looking for someone who can confidently explain accounting concepts, understand how accounting systems connect operationally, and work independently in a U.S.-aligned environment.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience with:

• QuickBooks
• U.S. GAAP
• ASC 606 Revenue Recognition
• Reconciliations
• Month-end close
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• ERP/accounting system integrations
• Accounting automation workflows

Candidates should have practical exposure to how accounting data flows between banking systems, ERP systems, expense platforms, and reporting workflows.

Must-Have Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years supporting U.S.-based companies/clients directly
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and ASC 606
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks

Strong experience with:

• Bank reconciliations
• Credit card reconciliations
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accruals & journal entries
• Month-end close
• Experience with SAP, NetSuite, SAP Concur, or similar ERP/accounting systems
• Exposure to ERP/accounting system integrations or workflow automation projects
• Ability to clearly explain accounting processes and workflows step-by-step
• Strong verbal English communication skills required
• Comfortable working U.S. EST hours/night shift

Important – Please Apply Only If:

• You have minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience working directly with U.S.-based companies/clients
• You have strong practical experience with QuickBooks, U.S. GAAP, and ASC 606
• You have worked on reconciliations, month-end close, AP, and accounting workflows independently
• You have exposure to ERP/accounting systems such as SAP, NetSuite, SAP Concur, or similar platforms
• You are comfortable working full U.S. EST/night shift hours
• You can clearly and confidently explain accounting processes, workflows, and system integrations during interviews

Preferred Experience

• SaaS or subscription-based accounting exposure
• Experience with Stripe, Shopify, or integrated payment platforms
• ERP implementation or migration experience
• Finance automation/process improvement exposure

Interview & Work Schedule

• U.S. EST working hours required
• India Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST
• Interviews and communication will be conducted in EST hours
