Role Overview
The Chief of Staff (CoS) serves as a strategic partner and operational leader to the CMD, driving both business performance and execution excellence across the organization. The role involves overseeing key business operations, enabling effective decision-making, and ensuring seamless coordination across functions. Acting as an extension of the CMD’s office, the CoS plays a critical role in translating strategic vision into actionable plans, optimizing operational efficiency, and delivering high-impact business outcomes.
