Role Description

Hexaware is seeking a highly motivated Operations Team Lead for a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. The Operations Team Lead will oversee daily operations, manage team performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, optimizing workflows, analyzing operational performance, and mentoring team members to achieve departmental goals. The candidate will liaise with stakeholders and provide solutions to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Proven expertise in Operations Management and experience in optimizing workflows to ensure high efficiency.
• Strong People Management and Communication skills to lead, mentor, and work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Customer Satisfaction experience with a focus on delivering exceptional service and fostering long-term client relationships.
• Analytical Skills for evaluating data and developing actionable insights to improve operations.
• Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore with a proactive approach to problem-solving and meeting deadlines.
• Prior experience in a leadership role within a technology or services environment is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
