About The Role:
Shills Professional is looking for highly analytical, operational, and growth-focused inventory professionals who can manage and scale inventory operations, stock planning, replenishment systems, and inventory accuracy across multiple product divisions and sales channels.
Candidates should have strong beauty/fashion/FMCG operational experience with deep understanding of inventory planning, stock forecasting, warehouse coordination, SKU management, inventory reporting, and operational efficiency.
Open Role Responsibilities:
Inventory Manager:
• Manage inventory operations across Nail Art, Skincare, Haircare, and Makeup divisions
• Handle stock planning, forecasting, and inventory replenishment
• Monitor inventory movement across warehouses, marketplaces, D2C, and q-commerce platforms
• Ensure stock accuracy, inventory synchronization, and operational efficiency
• Coordinate with category, warehouse, supply chain, marketplace, and production teams
• Track fast-moving, slow-moving, and aging inventory
• Prevent stock-outs, overstocking, and inventory mismatches
• Manage SKU-wise inventory planning and stock allocation
• Monitor inventory health, stock coverage, and replenishment cycles
• Prepare inventory MIS reports and operational performance reports
• Analyze sales trends and forecast inventory requirements accordingly
• Coordinate product launches and stock readiness planning
• Work on inventory optimization and operational cost efficiency
• Monitor dispatch planning, inward/outward stock flow, and warehouse coordination
• Ensure smooth inventory operations during sales periods and high-demand campaigns

• Strong understanding of operational planning, forecasting, and stock management
• Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and operational functions
