Full job description
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Stock Controller / Store Controller for a high-energy restaurant & bar operation in Dehradun.
Position:
Stock Controller / Store Incharge – Restaurant Stores
Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily stock and inventory records
- Monitor inward & outward stock movement
- Handle kitchen, bar, and store inventory
- Coordinate with purchase department and vendors
- Conduct physical stock audits and monthly inventory
- Maintain FIFO and wastage control
- Ensure proper GRN, stock transfer, and issue records
- Control pilferage and stock variance
- Prepare daily and monthly stock reports
Requirements:
- Experience in restaurant / hotel inventory management
- Knowledge of food & beverage stock handling
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, POS, inventory software)
- Honest, disciplined, and detail-oriented
- Minimum 2–4 years experience preferred
Pay: ₹9,213.14 – ₹36,785.17 per month
Work Location: In person
