- Job Title: EV Service Technician* Location: Dholka, Ahmedabad Experience: 1–2 Years Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000/month + PF & Incentives Education: ITI Diploma (Any Trade) or Equivalent

- About the Role* We’re seeking skilled EV Service Technicians to join our growing team in Ahmedabad and other key hubs. With India’s EV boom, this role offers hands-on experience working on electric two/three-wheelers, cars, and charging systems.
- Key Responsibilities*
- Diagnose and repair EV components such as batteries, motors, controllers, and wiring using diagnostic tools and SOPs
- Perform routine maintenance, test drives, and quality checks as per job cards
- Assist in fault diagnosis, battery management, and minor mechanical/electrical repairs while following safety protocols
- Maintain service documentation, handle invoicing, and support customer delivery with clear communication
- Required Qualifications*
- ITI Diploma (any trade) or equivalent with 1–2 years of hands-on EV service experience (two/three-wheelers preferred)
- Knowledge of EV systems including lithium batteries, BMS, and charging infrastructure
- Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical diagnostics
- Familiarity with NSQF Level 4 standards or similar EV certifications
- Preferred Skills*
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work in fast-paced service centers
- Team player comfortable in workshop or field operations
- Willingness to upskill in advanced EV technologies
