Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Collections Representative located in Saraswati Vihar. The Collections Representative will focus on managing and executing debt collection activities, ensuring timely collection of dues from customers. Day-to-day tasks will include contacting customers for outstanding payments, maintaining accurate records, handling customer inquiries with professionalism, and adhering to company policies and legal guidelines throughout the collections process.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Debt Collection and Cash Collection practices
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients
- Basic knowledge of Finance principles and processes
- Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
Working Days & Hours:
MON- SAT , 10:00 AM- 06:30 PM
