About the Role

Design Brewery is looking for a Product UI Designer with 4–5 years of experience who can craft scalable, pixel-perfect, and user-centric interfaces for modern digital products. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in design systems, interaction design, and component-driven UI architecture, along with the ability to collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and UX researchers in a remote-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-fidelity UI layouts, responsive interfaces, and interaction states for web and mobile products.
• Build and maintain design systems, component libraries, and token-based styling frameworks.
• Translate wireframes, user flows, and product requirements into visually compelling UI solutions.
• Ensure pixel-perfect implementation by working closely with frontend teams using design-to-code handoff workflows.
• Create interactive prototypes using modern prototyping tools to validate design decisions.
• Apply atomic design methodology and scalable UI patterns across multiple product modules.
• Conduct heuristic evaluations, UI audits, and usability improvements.
• Optimize interfaces for accessibility (WCAG guidelines) and cross-device responsiveness.
• Collaborate asynchronously with distributed teams using agile workflows.

Required Skills & Technical Expertise

• 4–5 years of experience in Product UI Design for SaaS, web, or mobile platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma (auto-layout, variants, design tokens, component libraries).
• Strong understanding of grid systems, typography scale, visual hierarchy, and micro-interactions.
• Experience working with design systems and component-driven development workflows.
• Knowledge of frontend constraints including HTML5, CSS3, responsive breakpoints, Flexbox, and basic understanding of React component structures.
• Familiarity with design handoff tools, developer inspect workflows, and version-controlled design updates.
• Understanding of UX principles, interaction patterns, and user-centered design methodologies.
• Experience with prototyping tools and motion fundamentals (smart animate / interaction transitions).
