Title: Procurement Specialist (Contractual)

Location: Hinjewadi, Pune

Note: This is 6 months contract position with possibilities to extend or convert into permanent position.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Procurement Specialist with strong experience in sourcing and procurement operations. The ideal candidate will manage procurement activities across multiple categories, support vendor management, and ensure compliance with company policies and commercial standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities including sourcing, negotiations, vendor selection, and purchase order processing.
• Handle procurement for Admin, Facilities, and IT hardware & software categories.
• Conduct RFPs, competitive bidding processes, and vendor evaluations.
• Perform commercial analysis and cost comparisons to ensure value for money.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, NDAs, and service agreements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver timely procurement solutions.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, documentation, and internal controls.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in Admin, Facilities, and IT categories.
• Strong commercial acumen with good analytical and Excel skills.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Good understanding of contracts, NDAs, and service agreements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to independently handle RFPs and competitive bidding processes.
