Case Management Specialist Full Time

We are currently recruiting a Case Management Specialist on behalf of our partner in Kochi, a role that sits at the heart of patient coordination, medical communication, and healthcare operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to patient enquiries within 30 minutes and ensure timely case updates
• Coordinate with hospitals and providers to collect cost estimates for insurance submission
• Collect and manage patient reviews, feedback, and satisfaction reports
• Maintain accurate records (bills, discharge summaries, investigation reports)
• Update daily logs, KPI sheets, payment registers, and monthly planners
• Serve as the key liaison between patients, providers, and insurance teams
• Follow up consistently before and after patient discharge

What we’re looking for :

• Bachelor’s degree (BCA preferred)
• CPC Certification (Mandatory)
• Medical Coding knowledge required
• 1–3 years of experience in the medical field
• Strong English communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a high-volume environment
