Required Technical Skill Set –Workday Time tracking and Absence management

Time: – 9:00 AM – 2 :00 PM

Experience Range : 4-14 Years

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: (Detailed Description)

• Workday development experience in successful end-to-end implementations or support on Workday Configurations
• This individual has the qualities to be part of a team of Configuration Consultants and collaborate with the team and the Lead. This person should be able to make configuration changes to the existing Workday system.
• · Configuration support for at least 3+ clients handled on AMS support / enhancements model for HCM Core
• · Workday Time + Absence + Reporting
• · Hands on experience in Advance Reports and Security
• · Experience in Business Process setup
• · General knowledge of at least 2-3 Workday functional areas
• · Good understanding of Workday Security
• · Ability to configure and test functional changes to Workday modules
• · Ability to gather & analyze requirements, collaborate with business, and configure new Workday features
• · Good written & oral communication skills & strong team player
