Human Resources Specialist for MNC Gurgaon Full Time

We are hiring for HR Specialist for reputed MNC Company based in Delhi Ncr .

Designation –Specialist, Human Resources

Role : Employee Life Cycle (End to end)

Principle Responsibilities

Executing the organization’s staffing needs, creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and selecting the most suitable candidate for the job.

Orienting new employees to the organization’s policies, culture, and work environment, completing necessary paperwork, providing information about benefits and resources, and introducing them to their colleagues and job responsibilities.

Conducting exit interviews, ensuring a smooth transition, managing final pay and benefits, and handling necessary paperwork.

Handling communication to associates/ company level for various policies, procedures, and updates.

Handling employee grievances, mediate conflicts, promote fair and equitable treatment, foster a respectful work environment, and implement policies to ensure compliance with employment laws.

Should be able to support in admin activities.

Involves initiatives such as employee surveys, feedback mechanisms, recognition programs, team-building activities, and fostering a positive work culture.

Maintaining HR records for entire employee life cycle.

Involve in maintaining HR compliances and related records.

Good Compliance Knowledge

Must Have :

Master – Major in Human Resource.

Experience – 6 to 7 years of relevant industry experience.

Good Knowledge and experience of handling employee lifecycle.

Advance Excel Experience.

Good Communication skills.

Budget : Rs 8 to 11 Lacs (Including 11% Variable .

Note : Candidates with working experience on Success factors preferred.
