Looking for someone with 15 to 22 years exp max. with manufacturing industry experience (must) and someone who has handled multiple locations

Human Resource Professional with overall experience into core areas of HR including and not restricted to:

Organization Leadership Development

• Initiate leadership development and top talent programs for senior managers & above
• Drive high-potential and talent development program
• Organization level People Capability Building -Drive organization-wide capability building initiatives across organization.
• Establish competency and skill development frameworks to build a future-ready workforce globally.

Design and deployment of HR Strategy

• Initiate Strategic HR Leadership, and Policies – Planning and Deployment
• Design and deployment of HR Strategy (internally/with SME support), HR policies in line with business strategy and industry standards

Compensation and Benefits

• Ensure compensation packages are aligned with industry standards.

• Drive cost optimization while maintaining internal equity and external competitiveness.

• Implement comprehensive employee wellness, insurance and mental health programs

Compliances & Audits

• Drive ESG-related people and governance initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational sustainability goals and compliance requirements across global operations.
• Ensure compliance with DPDP/GDPR regulations through robust HR data privacy, governance, and employee data protection practices across all entities and foreign subsidiaries.
• Establish governance frameworks, compliance monitoring mechanisms, and measurable targets for
• ESG and data privacy initiatives at a global level.
