Role Overview

We’re looking for a full-time, on-site Content Strategist to lead PERCH’s content direction across digital platforms. In this role, you’ll shape brand storytelling, manage content calendars, oversee campaigns, and use performance insights to improve engagement and ROI.

You’ll work closely with marketing, design, PR, and leadership teams to support launches, campaigns, events, and overall brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-driven content strategies aligned with brand and marketing goals.
• Manage cross-platform content calendars and ensure timely, consistent publishing.
• Create compelling brand stories, campaign concepts, captions, blogs, press releases, and marketing copy.
• Lead social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
• Coordinate product launches, PR campaigns, photoshoots, influencer collaborations, and creative initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with media partners, creators, and influencers.
• Track content performance using analytics tools and optimize strategies based on insights.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in content strategy, digital marketing, branding, or related roles.
• Prior experience in fashion, lifestyle, or D2C brands is strongly preferred.
• Strong storytelling, copywriting, and editing skills.
• Understanding of social media trends, content performance metrics, and audience engagement.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Creative, detail-oriented, collaborative, and proactive mindset.
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or equivalent practical experience.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
