To drive this growth, we are seeking a results-driven Marketing & Lead Gen Specialist.

Job Summary

In this role, you will execute end-to-end lead generation strategies and manage digital marketing campaigns across the US and Indian markets. You will own the optimization of our marketing funnel, from running social media ads to leveraging cutting-edge AI optimization techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Design and execute effective lead generation strategies tailored for both the US and Indian markets.
• CRM Management: Utilize Zoho CRM tools, specifically Zoho Marketing Plus, to manage campaigns and track leads.
• Campaign Management: Plan and run paid and organic social media campaigns on Meta and YouTube to boost brand presence.
• Outreach & Automation: Execute targeted email marketing campaigns and WhatsApp promotions.
• Web & Analytics: Build high-converting marketing landing pages and rigorously track key marketing metrics/KPIs.
• Optimization: Manage standard SEO and implement modern AEO/GEO (Answer Engine Optimization / Generative Engine Optimization) strategies to ensure brand visibility in AI-driven search results.

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B/B2C lead generation across international markets (US & India).
• Hands-on expertise with Zoho Marketing Plus or similar CRM/Marketing automation tools.
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, YouTube advertising, and social media growth strategies.
• Experience building and optimizing landing pages.
• Up-to-date knowledge of traditional SEO, as well as emerging AI search optimization (AEO/GEO).
• Ability to work independently and deliver results under a contract timeline.

Work Location & Contract Terms

• Initial Phase: This is a 3-Month Contract role and will be entirely Remote.
• Full-Time Conversion: If we love your performance and the business requirement exists at the end of the term, there is an opportunity to transition into a permanent, full-time role.
• Onsite Mandate: Please note that upon full-time hiring, this role will transition from remote to Onsite at our office location in Gurugram, Sector 49. Candidates must be willing to relocate or commute daily to the office post-conversion.
