About the Role

The Cyber Security role involves protecting systems, networks, and applications from potential cyber threats and vulnerabilities. Candidates will work on monitoring security systems, identifying risks, and supporting the implementation of cybersecurity best practices to strengthen organizational security.

Responsibilities

• Monitor systems and networks for security threats and suspicious activities
• Assist in identifying vulnerabilities and security weaknesses
• Support security audits, risk assessments, and incident reporting
• Research emerging cyber threats and cybersecurity trends
• Help implement cybersecurity policies and best practices
• Collaborate with teams to improve network and application security

Qualifications

Students or recent graduates in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of cybersecurity and networking concepts
• Familiarity with Linux, networking protocols, and system security
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Interest in ethical hacking and information security

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with tools such as Wireshark, Nmap, Burp Suite, or Kali Linux
• Basic knowledge of penetration testing and vulnerability assessment
