Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Quantity Surveyor located in North Goa. The Project Quantity Surveyor will oversee cost estimation, budgeting, and financial management for construction projects. Responsibilities include preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), implementing cost control measures, managing cost planning and reporting, and ensuring overall project cost efficiency. Collaborating with project teams to ensure budget compliance and financial accountability will be critical to the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Cost Control and Cost Management processes
• Experience in preparing and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
• Skilled in Cost Planning and Cost Reporting
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation
• Ability to work effectively in a team and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
• Proficiency in relevant tools and software for quantity surveying
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in the construction or infrastructure industry is an advantage
