Ltd., we’re looking for a Senior Social Media Executive who can lead brand communication across platforms, drive engagement, and bring innovative content ideas to life in a fast-paced agency environment. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing social media for government, PSU/ Ministries, or large-scale campaigns within an advertising agency environment.

✨ Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Social Media Executive, you will:

1. Develop and execute platform-specific social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, and emerging digital platforms.
2. Create engaging and high-performing content ideas including posts, reels, stories, short-form videos, and campaign concepts.
3. Manage day-to-day social media operations including scheduling, publishing, monitoring, and community engagement.
4. Coordinate closely with designers, video editors, content teams, and marketing stakeholders to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
5. Track platform trends, viral formats, cultural moments, and algorithm updates to create relevant and timely content.
6. Monitor campaign performance, analyze insights, and prepare performance reports with actionable recommendations.
7. Handle audience interactions, queries, comments, and messages professionally to strengthen online community engagement.
8. Ensure consistency in brand tone, visual identity, and communication across multiple client accounts.
9. Contribute proactively to campaign ideation, pitch presentations, and creative brainstorming sessions.

🧠 What We’re Looking For

1. 4–5 years of experience in social media management/content strategy (agency experience preferred).
2. Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, algorithms, and audience behavior.
3. Excellent copywriting and communication skills with a creative and conversational approach.
4. Ability to manage multiple brands/accounts simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
5. Strong eye for aesthetics, content detailing, and digital storytelling.
6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media insights and optimize performance.
7. Self-driven, organized, and capable of independently managing projects and timelines.
8. Prior experience in campaign planning, influencer coordination, or paid promotions will be an added advantage.
