As an SAP S/4HANA CO Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving the successful implementation, support, and enhancement of SAP S/4HANA environments. Your expertise in SAP Controlling modules and integration with Finance will be key to ensuring smooth business processes. Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in SAP S/4HANA CO implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget.
• Provide functional expertise and guidance to the project team, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA CO modules to meet client-specific needs, including cost center accounting, internal orders, and profitability analysis.
• Integrate SAP S/4HANA CO with other SAP modules, particularly Finance, to enable seamless data flow and accurate reporting.
• Conduct gap analysis, identify process improvements, and propose solutions to enhance business processes.
• Perform unit and integration testing, ensuring the quality and functionality of the SAP S/4HANA CO solution.
• Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operations of the SAP S/4HANA CO system.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP S/4HANA CO functionalities and best practices, contributing to continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Document project activities, configurations, and processes for future reference and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA CO implementation and support projects.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP Controlling modules, including cost center accounting, internal orders, and profitability analysis.
• Strong understanding of integration aspects with SAP Finance and other relevant modules.
• Experience in leading and managing SAP S/4HANA CO projects, including requirement gathering, design, and configuration.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify process improvements.
• Proficiency in SAP configuration and customization techniques, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA CO.
• Good understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Willingness to stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
