Assistant Manager – Customer Excellence Full Time

I’m currently looking to hire a driven and execution-focused Assistant Manager to join my team and support end-to-end healthcare operations across client locations.

🔍 Key Highlights of the Role:

✔️ Frequent client visits to manage OHC operations (core responsibility)
✔️ Ownership of end-to-end site operations
✔️ Direct client interaction & relationship management
✔️ Coordination with medical teams & internal stakeholders
✔️ Strong focus on execution, quality, and accountability
✔️ Handle internal operations including basic payroll coordination, reporting, and admin tasks
✔️ Support and drive recruitment activities (especially frontline healthcare hiring)
✔️ Work extensively on Excel for tracking, reporting, and operational dashboards

🎯 Who should apply?
3–4 years of experience in operations (healthcare/hospital preferred)
Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (must-have)
Experience or exposure to recruitment and team coordination
Someone who takes ownership and gets things done
Strong in communication & stakeholder management
Comfortable with field travel across client locations
