Role Description

We are seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead Sakhiya Skin Clinic Limited. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat. The CEO will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations and strategy of the organization, ensuring financial growth, managing business planning, driving sales performance, and implementing strategic initiatives. The role requires working collaboratively with department leaders and stakeholders, ensuring the brand continues to excel in the healthcare sector, and driving efforts to achieve the company’s vision.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Financial Management, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
• Strong skills in Operations Management and optimizing efficiency across diverse business functions
• Proven ability in Business Planning and the formulation of scalable growth initiatives
• Experience in driving Sales and achieving revenue goals while expanding market presence
• Proficiency in Strategic Planning with a track record of executing long-term organizational goals
• Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Familiarity with the healthcare or cosmetic industry is a strong advantage
• Minimum of a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred)
• 20+ years of executive-level leadership experience in a similar role
