Job title- Therapist

Dept – Dermatology

Reporting to – Clinic Manager

Location- Newtown

Job purpose- Providing professional skin care services to clients.

Job duties and responsibilities – 

1. Must be able to perform services including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, waxing, and threading. They may also provide advice on skincare regimens and recommend products to clients.
2. Must have a thorough understanding of the skin and be able to recommend skincare products and treatments
3. Advising on how to care for the skin
4. Performing skin analysis – Identifying skin problems and recommending solutions
5. Treating skin conditions – Removing skin tags, warts and other blemishes
6. Carrying out laser treatments
7. Upkeep and Maintenance of the equipment and Machinery.

Other responsibilities include:

1. Manage appointments
2. Warmly welcome customers upon their arrival
3. Update client records with contact details and treatments received
4. Cross-sell beauty products and additional treatments, when appropriate
5. Ensure all areas are clean and equipment is sterilized before use.

Required qualifications: minimum qualification of Class 12th/Graduate (any)

Preferred qualifications: Beauty Therapist/vocational degree course or a diploma in cosmetology offered at various colleges/ institutes, Esthetician courses done as a part of the job training process in various leadind organisations in the cosmetology field.

Experience Required: 0-  2 years
