Role overview

We are looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our US Sales team. This role will focus on driving employee engagement, managing employee relations, supporting performance, and ensuring smooth HR operations in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

HRBP & Employee engagement

• Act as the primary HR point of contact for the US Sales team
• Conduct regular employee connect sessions to understand concerns and improve engagement
• Drive engagement initiatives tailored to a night-shift and sales-driven workforce
• Partner with managers on team motivation and workforce planning

Employee Relations & Grievance Handling

• Manage employee grievances with empathy, confidentiality, and timely resolution
• Handle sensitive and escalated cases in collaboration with leadership
• Ensure a fair and transparent employee relations process

Performance Management

• Support performance reviews, probation evaluations, and performance discussions
• Work closely with managers to address performance gaps
• Track KPIs and provide insights to improve team performance

HR Operations & Data Management

• Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and HR analytics
• Coordinate with payroll and admin teams for smooth operations

Exit & Offboarding

• Manage end-to-end exit process, including exit interviews and documentation
• Analyse attrition trends and provide actionable insights
• Ensure smooth transition and knowledge transfer

Compliance & Policy Implementation

• Ensure adherence to company policies and workplace guidelines
• Guide employees on HR policies, benefits, and processes
• Maintain compliance with internal and statutory requirements

Stakeholder management

• Partner with Sales Leadership and cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition for hiring and onboarding support
• Support strategic HR initiatives for the US business unit

Key Requirement

• 0.6–2 years of experience in HR Operations or HRBP roles
• Experience supporting sales teams is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of employee engagement, performance management, and HR processes
• Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel/MIS
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple stakeholders
• Willingness to work on the US night shift (9 PM – 6/7 AM IST)
