The Internship programs is a preparatory phase of our Executive Development Initiative to identify, train, develop, appoint and retain great employees with this Company. The applicants are preferred to join to the Internship Program (with stipend) that typically lasts for three months. Based on their performances during the program, they are hired as Executives at UpGro Digital on a long-term basis. Accordingly, only individuals who intend to stay with us for at least 6 months as an employee are encouraged to apply.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Digital Marketing Intern (Arabic or English) specializing in Performance Marketing and SEO. The selected candidate will assist in executing performance marketing campaigns, conducting SEO audits, analyzing campaign metrics, and helping businesses enhance their digital presence. Key responsibilities include managing social media marketing initiatives, monitoring web analytics, and supporting online marketing strategies to drive traffic and engagement.
