- Own relationships, not just tasks. Become a trusted strategic partner to clients. Navigate leadership conversations, influence decision-making, and build long-term credibility.
- Deep dive into industries, internal communication challenges, employer branding ecosystems, and market realities.
- Translate complex and sometimes beautifully vague briefs into sharp, actionable direction.
- Work closely with strategy and creative teams on campaign ideation and concept development.
- Present ideas that move rooms. Defend work with logic, confidence, and storytelling.

- 2+ years in Client Engagement or Business Development within a creative, marketing, or advertising agency. Multi-industry exposure is a big plus.
