IT Support Executive- Kochi Full Time NEW

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or software management
• Strong knowledge of company software systems and troubleshooting
• Basic programming knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, or similar)
• Experience in software installation, maintenance, and updates
• Responsibilities:
• Operate and manage company software systems effectively
• Provide technical support for software, hardware, and network-related issues
• Train employees regarding software operations, usage, and troubleshooting
• Install, configure, and maintain software applications
• Monitor system performance and resolve technical problems promptly
• Maintain IT records, software licenses, and support documentation
• Assist with software upgrades, implementation, and employee onboarding
• Ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations within the organization

Pay: ₹18,000.00 – ₹23,000.00 per month
