We are looking for fresh hospitality graduates for both Internship and Full-Time positions who want to be the face of this story.

The Role

As a Guest Experience Associate, you are the bridge between our heritage and our guests. Your focus is entirely on the dining floor:

• The Welcome: Greet, seat, and introduce guests to the flavors of Khao Aur Khane Do.
• The Service: Take orders with precision and ensure a smooth, attentive dining flow.
• The Connection: Handle guest interactions and feedback with grace and empathy.
• The Atmosphere: Maintain high standards of floor hygiene and table presentation.
• The Coordination: Communicate effectively with the kitchen to ensure order accuracy (without performing any kitchen duties).

What This Role Is Not

We respect your specialization. In this role:

• No Cooking: You will not be responsible for food production.
• No Back-of-House (BOH): No kitchen prep or cleaning is required. Your stage is the floor.

Requirements

• Education: A Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management.
• Language: Fluency in English is essential for guest communication.
• Mindset: A proactive attitude and a desire to learn within a fast-paced environment.
