Key Responsibilities
Understanding the project requirements and quality standards
Preparing/Studying CA and BOQ (bill of quantities)
Reading drawings and identifying quality requirements and methods
Developing and Implementing Quality Management Systems
Conducting Audits and Inspections
Risk Management
Coordination with the design team for analysing drawings.
Manage the valuation of work done and handle claims and variations.
Preparing interim and final valuations, variations and claims of the construction
site.
Collaboration and Communication
Reports generation
Data Analysis and Improvement
Ensuring Compliance
Document Management
Material Quality Control
Concrete Testing
Soil Testing and Compaction
Materials testing
Concrete curing checks
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, quality control or a
related field.
4+ years of experience in the construction of industrial projects/construction
industry.
Sound knowledge of construction industry practices, regulations and standards.
Proficiency in processes, quality assurance, testing of materials and
documentation
Knowledge of service guidelines, such as the National Building Code (NBC), etc.
Hands-on experience in quality assurance
Experience working with AutoCAD
