What you’ll do
- Plan, shoot, and edit Instagram Reels, carousels, and Stories for the Orange Sugar feed — from brief to publish
- Grow and engage our community of moms — managing DMs, comments, polls, and Q&As; with warmth and brand voice
- Track and adapt to Instagram trends, mom creator culture, and conversations in Indian kidswear
- Develop content ideas rooted in the urban Indian mom’s world — relatable, warm, and always brand-true
Who we’re looking for
- Hands-on experience in content creation or social media — a personal page you’ve grown counts just as much as a formal role
- Strong eye for what performs on Instagram — you notice trends before your For You page has caught up
- Comfortable on camera; face-led content is a definite bonus
- Basic editing skills — Reels-ready workflows using CapCut, InShot, or similar
- Clear, empathetic writing — you can speak to a mom without sounding like a brand
- Available full-time, on-site in HSR Layout, Bengaluru for 3 months
