Senior Bookkeeper for USA and Australian Clients Full Time

We’re hiring a high-calibre Senior Bookkeeper (minimum 5+ years U.S. experience) to take ownership of financial accuracy and reporting integrity across our U.S.-based clients.

This is not a data-entry role. We’re looking for someone who is strong in financial review, audit readiness, and controls, but who is also fully capable of handling end-to-end bookkeeping when required.

Our work spans sophisticated, multi-entity businesses (real estate experience a plus). U.S. experience is mandatory. Australian experience is a strong advantage.

What You’ll Do

 • Perform detailed financial reviews and quality contro

 • Ensure books are accurate, reconciled, and audit-ready

 • Oversee full-cycle bookkeeping (AP, AR, reconciliations, month-end)

 • Review P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow for accuracy

 • Post accruals, journal entries, and adjustments

 • Maintain clean documentation and strong financial hygiene

 • Flag issues early and strengthen internal controls

What You Must Have

 • 5+ years full-cycle U.S. bookkeeping experience (non-negotiable)

 • Strong audit, review, or financial control background

 • Advanced QuickBooks Online skills

 • Deep understanding of accrual accounting & reconciliations

 • High attention to detail. You do not approximate numbers

 • Strong written and spoken English

Highly preferred:

 • Real estate accounting

 • Exposure to Australian accounting standards
