We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to join our growing team.

Salary: CTC up to ₹3,60,000 – ₹5,40,000 per year (based on experience)

Eligibility:

• Candidates with 2 to 5 years of experience in performance marketing/digital marketing
• Strong experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram campaigns)
• Experience in lead generation campaigns and conversion-focused marketing
• Knowledge of audience targeting, campaign optimization, and budget management
• Basic understanding of Google Ads and analytics tools preferred
• Good communication, reporting, and coordination skills
• Experience in interiors, architecture, real estate, or luxury brands will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and executing Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation
• Managing Facebook & Instagram advertising budgets and campaign performance
• Generating quality leads for interior design and architecture projects
• Monitoring campaign performance, CPL, ROAS, and conversions
• Coordinating with the sales and design team for campaign requirements
• Creating audience targeting strategies and retargeting campaigns
• Preparing weekly/monthly performance reports and insights
• Optimizing ad creatives, copies, and landing performance for better results
• Staying updated with latest digital marketing and Meta Ads trends
