Senior Accounts Officer Full Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Accounts Officer with experience in end-to-end accounting and bookkeeping. The candidate will be responsible for managing complete accounting functions for Indian as well as international clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end accounting and bookkeeping
• Prepare and review financial statements
• Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
• Perform bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and journal entries
• Manage month-end and year-end closing
• Handle GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
• Work on KPO/international accounting/Indian accounting (UK/US clients, prefer)
• Maintain proper financial records and documentation
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of accounting and financial reporting
• Experience in complete bookkeeping cycle
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and taxation
• Familiarity with Tally, Excel, QuickBooks, or Xero
• Good communication and client-handling skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy

Qualification:

• B.Com / M.Com / CA dropout / MBA (Finance)

Experience:

• 3–6 years of relevant experience

Training & Company Policy:

• The company will provide 3 months of training to the selected candidate
• Candidates are required to submit a security deposit cheque of an amount decided by the company
• In case the candidate leaves the organization during or immediately after the training period, training charges will be applicable as per company policy

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in KPO / outsourcing environment
• Exposure to international accounting (UK/US clients)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments
