SAP Administrator Full Time

We are looking for an SAP Administrator to join our Microwave Systems (MWS) team in Goa, India. This role supports R&D engineering and manufacturing operations by ensuring accurate, timely and compliant SAP data, BOMs and engineering documentation across the product lifecycle.

You Will Make An Impact By

• Supporting new product introductions (NPI) and engineering releases in SAP with high accuracy and adherence to standard release processes.
• Maintaining and updating material masters, BOMs and document records for MWS products in SAP.
• Supporting Engineering Change Management activities using standard industry processes (ECR / ECN).
• Working closely with Design Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain and Program teams to resolve SAP and documentation-related issues.
• Reviewing SAP BOMs against released drawings and design data to ensure alignment, traceability, and manufacturing readiness.
• Supporting PDP / gate reviews by ensuring SAP and documentation readiness.
• Assisting manufacturing teams with SAP-related troubleshooting impacting production or fulfillment.
• Driving standardization and continuous improvement in SAP data and documentation workflows to reduce errors and rework.

Required Qualifications For Consideration

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Diploma in Engineering with 3–4 years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience with SAP MM/PP, preferably in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
• Basic understanding of engineering drawings, part structures and BOM management.
• Experience supporting engineering documentation and change control processes.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and meet release timelines.

You Will Excite Us If You

• Have working knowledge of SolidWorks or similar CAD tools, with the ability to interpret drawings and revisions.
• Have exposure to drafting standards and engineering documentation practices.
• Have experience supporting new product introduction (NPI) or design release cycles.
• Are familiar with PDM / PLM systems and document control workflows.
• Demonstrate a proactive, detail-oriented mindset with strong ownership of data accuracy and process compliance.
